In ALL cases the original packaging IS required to instigate a return. Simply email us at support@andrewgerardmirrors.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement item.

We will arrange for DHL to collect the item which MUST be boxed in the original packaging. We will issue a refund if required of your item within 7 days of the item arriving back with us.

This refund will be less the collection fee of £15 including VAT for each item.

All prices quoted on the site include FREE delivery to anywhere within the UK mainland.

We endeavour to dispatch all goods within 1 working day, and delivery within 3 working days. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed the next working day. All items are delivered via DHL, and they are delivered Monday-Friday. We are unable to deliver, outside of the UK mainland, (unable to deliver to Ireland at this stage). Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and then a second email from DHL, notifying you of the expected delivery date, with a tracking reference.
