RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Damages - Any damages, returns, and exchanges must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery.
In ALL cases the original packaging IS required to instigate a return. Simply email us at support@andrewgerardmirrors.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement item.
We will arrange for DHL to collect the item which MUST be boxed in the original packaging. We will issue a refund if required of your item within 7 days of the item arriving back with us.

This refund will be less the collection fee of £15 including VAT for each item.
